Job Responsibilities :
Your responsibilities will be all about hitting the growth numbers. Revenue and new customer acquisition will be a very important part of your KPI. You will need to lead a team to plan, implement, analyze and optimize all activities to hit your target numbers.
- Lead a team of performers to grow the customer base and revenue for the organisation.
- Use different mediums such as Digital marketing, Growth hacks, Advertising, Referrals for growth of the organisation
- Build a culture of performance amongst the team and ensure that the team is striving to achieve stretch targets.
- Track numbers daily and set up any tracking process that needs to be set up to hit the numbers
- Drive ROI driven growth and plan spends, hiring, tech integration or any requirements.
Profile / Skills required :
- 8+ years of marketing experience with at least 4 years of experience as a leader.
- Extremely outcome driven.
- A good team leader who pushes the team to achieve stretch targets and keeps the team motivated at the same time.
- Proficient in understanding various marketing channels
- Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is - or isn't- working and strong analytical skills
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties and great conflict management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- MBA in Marketing from Top B-Schools across the globe.
