Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and other teams to understand business processes, gather requirements, and conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements, document business needs, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to assess the viability of proposed solutions.
- Analyze and map business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and system documentation.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Provide support in user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and resolution, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and are of high quality.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements, and vice versa.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support, including monitoring and reporting on solution effectiveness and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a services or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of business analysis concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proven experience in conducting requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex business processes and systems.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, use case modeling, and data flow diagrams.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience working with development teams to implement solutions.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy in documentation and deliverables.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, is a plus.
- Domain knowledge in the services industry or related industries is a plus.
