Responsibilities: - Creating, Designing, and executing Organization Development Interventions. - Talent Management: Collaborate with Leads in evaluating existing / future talent requirements, defining critical roles, Job Descriptions and Succession plans. - Employer Branding: Work in designing and building Employer Branding Initiatives (social media / Campus/Buddy Programs) - Candidate Experience: Designing and Monitoring seamless Candidate Experience. - Continuous Improvement: Actively reviewing and monitoring HR Programs, Policies and Processes issues and proposing and executing an improvement strategy as needed. - Agility: Ability to be agile and support hyper growth needs of the organization in short turnaround times - Develop strong relationships with business leaders and HR team - Up-to-date knowledge of best practice organization development and HR trends What we are looking for: - 2-4 Years of Organization Development/HR Projects experience. - Masters in HR/OD from reputed institute. - Hands-on on HR/OD Projects experience. - Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership and influencing results - Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
