1. Design, Develop and Implementation of OD Interventions   - In a consultative role with management and OE Head, conduct needs assessments, design processes and interventions facilitate offsites and team building for new and existing teams.   2. Administration & Analysis of Surveys: Prepare ground work and Plan   - Administration and analysis of surveys and focus groups, management programs, consultants and vendor relationships.   3. Cross Functional Participation   - Participate in cross-functional project teams as needed in order to have an in depth understanding of business and better define the scope of organizational effectiveness interventions   4. Link Business to Organizational Effectiveness   - Constantly strive and ensure a logical and outcome based linkage to business initiatives to organization/team development activities.   Qualification Any Graduate Qualification/ MBA in HR or any PG qualification with HR specialization is a must  Knowledge: Specific knowledge of OD theories and techniques, external OD resources; Ability to collect and assimilate and analyse data.  Experience 2-3 year's experience  - Experience in working with all levels of employees in classroom situations, one on one development and team development  - Skill Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills, high quality document, content development and report preparation skills  - Ability to collect and assimilate and analyse data.   - Skill in operation and utilization software such as MS Word, Excel etc for Windows  - Proven ability to prioritize tasks to organize workload to assure that short timelines are met while having frequent interruptions  - Initiator in carrying out tasks  - Senior level presentation, facilitation and group process skills.
