Role : HR Project Manager

Location : Mumbai

Job Purpose :

- The HR PMO is responsible for supporting the HR team in the planning and execution of HR initiatives and projects. This includes project management, stakeholder management, and reporting.


- The HR PMO will work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in the development of project plans, including the identification of project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, and resources

- Coordinate and manage the execution of HR projects, including managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks

- Collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between HR and other teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of project progress and any issues that may arise

- Monitor and report on project progress, including providing regular updates to HR leadership and other stakeholders

- Identify and assess potential risks to the successful completion of projects, and develop contingency plans to mitigate those risks

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR processes and procedures to support the effective delivery of HR projects

- Continuously improve HR project management processes and tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Skills requirement :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with MBA in HR from Tier I Institutes

- 3-5 years of experience in HR project management

- Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, budgeting, and risk management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with HR leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Asana)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
