UPL - Active Ingredient Supply Planner - SCM (4-10 yrs)

- Supply Planning - lead end-to-end revenue and inventory forecasting processes.

- Drive regional S&OPs processes to help ensure alignment and insight into the demand plan as it impacts COGS and SCM spend.

- Be able to interact and understand country / Unit - level S&OPs consolidate regional view and offer reliable input for Global S&OP. Accountable for transforming unconstrained sales forecast (demand plan) into constrained sales forecast (supply plan) with close interaction with Demand Planning.

- Business Partnering - Includes but not limited to supporting secure on-time material supplies and revenue recognition in the requested periods. Actively identify gaps, risks and opportunities to maximize P&L and optimize inventory levels.

- Inventory Control - support Country SCM Leads on building and executing correct inventory positions, with strategical stock build-ups for key fast-liquidation products and minimization of Aging and SLOBs.

- Delivery - set KPIs to guarantee CvsA parameters. Act to have purchase orders placed in time to secure goods arrival aligned with sales forecasts, as well as follow-up on open orders to identify and mitigate risks.

- Forecast Accuracy - monitor S&OP maturity progress in each country and drive Forecast Error and Bias reduction through concrete actions.

- Systems - maximize execution of S&OP by automatizing non value-added activities. Apply standardization via APO-SNP and APO-DP.

- Provide continuous improvement in business performance by evaluating current processes and tools to drive efficiencies and improvement.
