Role and Responsibility -

The Delivery Manager, US IT Recruitment must be a subject matter expert in technical sourcing tactics and recruitment service delivery, to include an advanced understanding of skill-sets and functions within an IT organization - infrastructure, engineering, architecture, development, infosec, analysts, system, and database administration. The candidate must be able to assess specialized capabilities and have in-depth knowledge of various technical skillsets.

The ideal candidate will have experience with designing, implementing, and continuously assessing strategic sourcing processes to attract, evaluate, and onboard qualified technical candidates and for maintaining talent pipelines. Collaborating with pre-approved vendors, if required, to connect candidates with company opportunities and successfully leverage recruiting tools with a strong emphasis on social media. The ideal candidate will be an inspirational manager with high emotional intelligence who can build and develop recruitment teams through managing, coaching, and mentoring; engage and motivate others and encourage team members to take on new challenges and exceed expectations.

The successful candidate will lead a team of offshore technical recruiters responsible for sourcing niche talent for a variety of IT roles.

The successful candidate will build effective working relationships with company leadership teams at all levels, including senior executive leaders, and business partners to assess hiring needs and build analytics as needed to support hiring practices.

How You Will Make An Impact:

- Develop and execute a full cycle recruiting strategy for top technical talent working closely with senior leadership sales and hiring managers to attract, and select, and hire the highest caliber talent with a focus on delivering an exemplary candidate experience

- Build, lead and inspire a high performing technical recruiting function

- Lead a team of offshore technical recruiters in integrating innovative and best practices to adequately develop and communicate the company brand and incorporate social recruiting strategies that may include expanding vendor/tool options and utilizing new methods to connect with potential candidates

- Develop technical recruiters by providing training in advanced sourcing techniques to aid in finding niche talent

- Create tech assessments to measure candidate proficiency

- Propose the design, execution, and maintenance of a best-in-class executive onboarding program

- Build out data and analytics to measure the return on investment (ROI) of talent acquisition programs, including metrics on source of hire, time to hire/time to fill, measurement of candidate experience, quality of hiring and ensuring a diverse pipeline of talent as well as branding

- Conduct ongoing research to identify job boards, posting sites, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and other relevant associations to further drive upGrad's talent brand

- Leverage social networking and other cutting-edge recruiting technologies and tools to connect with a broad and diverse talent network

What You Will Need To Succeed:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required with focus on human resources, organizational development, business administration, or related field is required

- A minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience in a technology staffing agency environment for US staffing needs

- Advanced understanding of technical sourcing techniques with US focus in mind

- Advanced understanding of technical skillsets and functions within an IT organization to include but not limited to infrastructure, engineering, architecture, development, infosec, analysts, system, and database administrators

- Ability and skills to personally lead a team in various locations including remote employees

- Blend of agency and in-house experience preferred

- Critical eye for detail, results and metrics driven

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have had in-depth experience with ATS system tools with a strong preference for iCIMS

- Familiarity with labour laws, equal opportunity hiring processes and diversity and inclusion on a global basis is strongly preferred
