Role Summary

- The role involves planning, strategizing, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and monitoring project plans, schedules, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring deliverables of a team of project coordinators.

- The Senior Program Manager will work with the Program Managers & Leadership in making the processes more streamlined and timebound.

Roles and Responsibility

Some of your key roles will be to:

- Design and Build SOPs and Processes for various initiatives to ensure outcomes for the learners.

- Own every process, understand the gap between the target and the output, undertake root cause analysis

- Convert the gap into strategies and action by working with cross-functional teams and drive the changes required.

- Work with other Learning Experience teams such as Content, Delivery, Student Success, Careers & Corporate Partnerships to drive over action plans.

- Work with Product managers to drive the development of the product for the program you handle.

Skills Required

The ideal fit for this profile are candidates with:

- Education (Bachelors/ Masters)

- 4-6 years of total work experience in consultancy firms / product companies / fast growing startups /edtech companies etc.

- Team management/stakeholder management experience

- Experience in process excellence, process improvement and RCA

- Ability to translate gaps into execution plans and take them to completion

- Ability to connect with people across teams & levels.

- (Optional, good to have) A high-level understanding of emerging technologies.
