- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts with vendors and clients

- Managing consumer issues; preliminary responses to legal notices and litigation management

- Ability to juggle and manage different business units

- Managing IP related matters

- Drafting all consumer facing documentation

- Ability to deal with new areas of laws and regulations with quick turnaround time for areas affected or vulnerable

- Compliance management

- Execute strategy set for managing advertising challenges

- Identify and assess risks and opportunities for the business

- Enthusiastic approach towards conducting learning and development initiatives for the internal stakeholders to improve user experience

- Ability to work under pressure and within service level agreements committed

- Team player with open mindset to learn and unlearn as per the requirement

- Experience required : Law graduate with minimum 5+ years of experience (at least 2+ years in house)
