Senior Manager - Learning Program Management


About The Role:


- This job opening is for a Program Manager - within the upGrad for Business Solutions team. We work leading enterprises in IT, Consulting, Utilities, Pharma ,Retail, PR and GCCs and provide customized learning solutions across Data, Tech, Management and Leadership Development . Our vision is to be the wholesome talent development partner for our customers.

- In this role, applicants will be closely working with the solutions team and more specifically with the customers where the solution has been deployed.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

- Work as a program manager for executing learning programs

- Conduct Trainer Evaluation before impaneling trainers for programs

- Executing programs delivery, managing internal (uGB leadership ) and external key stakeholders, Vendor management, trainers and SME onboarding who deliver training as part of the programs

- Works closely with Content team to create and execute learning calendar according to the program solution provided by Content team

- Coordinates trainer evaluation and selection process between Trainer and Content team

- Being an outcome focused learning provider , this role will work closely with Learning SPOC and Business Sponsors to ensure that the outcomes are defined, masured on a continuous basis and reported

- Ensure an elevated learner experience devoid of escalation, translating into customer success stories at the end of the program

- Keeps a record of various batches of programs running

- Hosts VILT sessions of the programs - introduction to the trainer, ensuring that learners are engaged by devising engaging activities in collaboration with trainer, SME and content team

- Hosts the welcome webinars before the start of any program

- Hosts the periodic Governance meeting with client and internal stakeholders during program execution

- Learning status tracking and reporting back to the Customer stakeholders

PROFILE EXPECTATIONS:

- Strong program management /project management skills

- Strong Interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams within and clients to manage expectations

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills

- Must be proactive, a self-starter with the ability to think independently and work autonomously when necessary

- Experience in training and content development is preferred

- Experience in startup preferred

- 15+ years of experience
