Role Summary :

UpGrad is looking for people passionate about management, technology, the future, and education to help design learning programs for working professionals to stay sharp and stay relevant and help build the careers of tomorrow.

You have an opportunity to lead and run such programs as a Program Manager - Content (Partnerships) in the Content Team. As a Program Manager, you will lead the team creating content of these programs.

- Setting up a process for identifying and onboarding experts

- Identifying and onboarding SMEs through multiple channels

- Engaging and maintaining relationships with the SMEs

Skills Required :

The ideal fit for this profile are candidates with:

- 4-10 years of work experience in publishing / education companies specialising in finding and onboarding authors/SMEs

- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Proficiency with MS Office (especially MS Excel
