Financial Data Analysis and Budgeting:

- Develop and execute financial planning and budgeting strategies.

- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.

- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize profitability and efficiency.

- Develop financial models to assess the impact of various business decisions.

- Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to support strategic planning.

Financial Operations Management:

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll support to HR.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

- Manage financial audits and work with auditors as needed.

Cash Flow Management:

- Maintain and forecast cash flow to support business operations.

- Optimize working capital and recommend strategies for cash flow improvement.

Working with business stakeholders :

- Directly collaborate with business development stakeholders. Help with financial data points that they would require

- Generate weekly and monthly reports to help them with data linked visibility.

- Team up on certain specific projects for the overall betterment of business.

- Any regular support activities with the central finance team

- Managing Internal audits and implementing improvement suggestions from the same.
