What You Would Be Doing : - The role will focus on creating innovative brand partnerships for upGrad with a specific focus on initiatives depending on the product line - Managing and growing relationships with partners and passionate about owning the full life cycle of partnership projects from ideation to execution - The person will seek out and evaluate new partnership opportunities amongst like-minded brands, as well as support current partner relationships - Ensures the right creative and promotion mix in conjunction with the partner relationship.&nbsp; - Tracks program results and performance to ensure key benchmarks are met. - Act as the key liaison with brand partners with responsibilities that include leading development and pitch strategy for custom co-marketing opportunities with brands, and/or their agencies, in support of company's business goals. - Track ROI of these alliances on a regular basis. What We Are Looking At ? - Exceptional individual with good understanding of consumer brand and with exceptional networking and negotiation skills - Should have strong understanding of measuring effectiveness of alliances &amp; develop value proposition for the same. - Knowledge of market trends, industry participants, new technologies &amp; business models - 3 to 7 years of experience in a partnership and alliances role and closely working and managing cross-functional teams - Exceptional communication &amp; presentation skills
