upGrad Campus is Hiring Sales Director - B2B Sales!!
As the Director of Sales (Growth), you'll be responsible and instrumental in managing and growing our existing customer base across India. You will manage all aspects of the customer life cycle and device sales strategies to increase revenue via Upsell and cross-sell. This senior role is integral to our growth plans across India.
Role & Responsibilities:
- End to End Account Management/ Customer Success of existing customers
- Manage full-cycle sales for existing accounts
- Generate Sales opportunities and steer the pitch to prospects and clients, working closely with client account teams
- Engage with key accounts to drive customer success
- Deliver product demos to multiple stakeholders within an existing account
- Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Product and Support) to create value for the Customer
Skills & Experience Required
- A strong hands-on, B2B SaaS sales experience (7+ years)
- Experience of Concept-based institutional sales and account farming
- Track record of selling high-ticket technology products
- Experience managing and selling across India to CXOs and Senior Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills and self starter
- Having experience selling in the Higher education segment is a big plus
