Location - Mumbai - Worli Responsibilities - Real time analytics of the entire Visitor to Lead to Payment funnel at a granular level (i.e. marketing campaign level and program level) - Extract data cuts in multiple ways (channel wise, program wise, country wise, etc) and to make quick sense out of it and identify actionable insights for business stakeholders. - Ensuring data sanctity and accuracy and solve for problems in relation to issues in the data pipeline affecting the data flow - Ability to build dashboards on Tableau, Power BI and Excel to facilitate easy visualisations. - Identify hypothesis / themes on the basis of broad data and then go deeper and deeper into it using data to come up with a data backed view of the said hypothesis. - Constantly monitor important metrics in relation to sales and marketing and pre-empt the immediate term and short-term impact - Use past trends to extrapolate future scenarios of revenue and costs - Liaison with sales and marketing heads to drive balanced agenda of (a) business growth and (b) rational cash use. - To be responsible for the preparation of current financial reports and forecasts for future business growth including budgets, income statements, balance sheets - Assessment of the long-term financial trends and review prospects for the future growth of income and new sales areas Desired profile : - 4+ years of experience in financial & business analysis with strong Visualization & Data Skills - MBA / Bachelors degree with strong academic background (or equivalent experience) - Fluency with analytical frameworks, quantitative models, market sizing - High degree of proficiency in using excel, power pivots, being able to ingest and manipulate large amount of data from various sources for modelling purposes
