Roles &amp; Responsibilities - Help conceptualize the program structure &amp; their execution strategies - Work closely with industry experts &amp; academic leaders to design program features - Manage program development and delivery processes including timelines, budgets. Innovate to develop scalable processes - Close partnerships with leading corporates to strengthen program offering - Manage execution of program tasks, end-to-end - Innovate on new program features, strategize and identify new growth opportunities (new markets etc.) - Take independent ownership of one process vertical, if required - e.g. user acquisition, program delivery - Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite What we are looking for - Excellent written, communication, research and analytical skills - Ability to think creatively about business problems and come up with solution - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and get the work done - Track-record of taking ownership of entire-tasks/ should be able to work with little or no supervision - At least 1 year of experience in Software Development, Management Consulting, Data Analytics, managing a horizontal/ vertical in a startup -&nbsp; Premium engineering colleges only (IIT/NIT/BITS)
