Your Role : 

- The job will include the following responsibilities:

- Research on the best practices in online content creation and delivery and help institutionalize those practices at upGrad

- Research on online/blended learning models and implement them at upGrad depending on student needs

- Carry out A/B test and analyzing the results to identify the best pedagogical styles for different subject types

- Training of internal and freelancer content creators at upGrad

Your Profile : 

- Excellent written, communication and analytical skills

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and get the work done

- Potential to define and complete work within deadlines

- Ability to work on multiple tasks independently

- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite

- Graduate or Masters or Ph.D. in Education/Pedagogy

- Experience in Online Education
