- Responsible for managing customer life cycle from acquisition to paid conversion
- Devising and executing innovative marketing strategies to keep consumers engaged and increase intent towards paid programs
- Responsible for working on product strategy, sales cycle optimization, user experience enhancement, building an engaged learner community etc.
- Will work closely with cross functional teams - Content, Product, Sales, Design, Analytics, etc
Ideal candidate
- 2+ years of work exp in marketing with driving consumer engagement and subscription/paid conversions; ideally from consumer tech / with consumer tech clients.
- Demonstrated experience in consumer retention and conversion marketing campaigns (CRM, Social Media, Product Innovation etc.)
- Strong ability to understand and apply analytics and insights into his/her work
- Strong interpersonal skills and has to be a team player
