Job Title: Assistant Manager-Referral Marketing
What You Would Be Doing
Roles & Responsibilities
- Liaise with creative and design team to curate creatives for email, whatsapp, and platform marketing and take full ownership to launch campaigns
- Analyze business performance data to enhance lead generation and conversion from various ongoing funnel
- Liaise with various internal stakeholders to train, educate & drive awareness for referral lead generation across various customer facing stakeholders
- Manage daily leaderboards & reports on google sheets to track performance for various teams
- Conceptualize contests, incentive programs & schemes to drive referral business growth
- Innovate unique opportunities and initiatives for tapping in existing or external customer base for referral lead generation
Skills Required :
- Experienced in launching email marketing campaigns and have an eye to finalize attractive creatives
- Demonstrated history of working and achieving targets in a sales role
- Proficient in Ms Excel to maintain daily dashboards and analyze data
- Excellent Communication skills ( Verbal & Written)
- Working in an unstructured startup environment will be a plus
