You have an opportunity to lead, run and innovate on such initiatives as a Sourcing Specialist within our learning experience team. Role and Responsibilities: We're looking for an ambitious and self-driven Subject Matter Expert Sourcing Specialist with experience at a Global level. As an international Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying the right talent to support daily operations & live sessions. Sourcing Specialist is responsible for the company's end to end sourcing of experts essential for International delivery. In addition, the individual will be responsible for all phases of sourcing that require the skills necessary to identify the right talent, cost saving opportunities, creatively negotiate, generate& close contracts to assure seamless availability of experts to support the company objectives. Sourcing Specialists are there to solve problems and increase efficiency, so they must be highly analytical and detail-oriented. In order to successfully negotiate, they also need to be excellent communicators who are persuasive and have great interpersonal skills. Juggling many tasks at once, they're great at prioritizing and highly organized. The set of responsibilities include: - Source and build a network of International experts - Reach out to leads through cold calling - Negotiate terms and remuneration with experts - Get the experts vetted before finalizing an expert - Close and execute contracts with experts - Build relationships with experts and vendors - Execute analyses and make suggestions for improvement of overall sourcing strategy - Write sourcing documentation and statements - Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, quality, budgets and expenditures. - Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all stakeholders are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. - Preparing status/weekly reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information. What we are looking for: - Degree, preferably in Language studies / Communication/Human Resources - Previous sourcing experience on a Global level with a minimum of 3+years of experience in the international market with expert sourcing skills - Outstanding negotiation abilities - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills - Team player and collaborator & Good time-management skills - Demonstrating a deep understanding of our programs and involvement in live sessions - Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success - Good knowledge and experience with Windows and MS-office applications - Strong cross-cultural communication skills; natural, persuasive, and engaging communicator with internal and external organizational members - Genuine interest in diverse languages and cultures - Strong focus on cherishing and building up employer image - Able to adapt workflow to new requirements, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
