upGrad - Assistant Manager - Legal - LLB

- Drafting, negotiating, reviewing and end to end management of company contracts with vendors, clients, etc. for APAC, MENA and UAE business including any other international set-up of the Company

- Responsible for structuring documentation for business transactions involving group companies and advising the business teams on the best structure basis the local laws of the foreign land.

- Takes proper action to close out the contract in accordance with applicable procedures at the conclusion of all activity.

- Research on foreign laws and preparing drafts based on the research

- Looking for automation and training to the business team thereby leading to lesser involvement of legal in day-to-day activities and making them self-reliant

Law graduate with minimum 3+ years of experience in leading law firm having experience in handling transaction documents.
