Uolo - Regional Sales Manager (10-20 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to drive Uolo's integrated coding program in new and existing markets
- Lead, motivate, and develop a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
- Constantly monitor the KPIs to track the target achievement. Take initiatives whenever the team is lagging behind
- Ensure that the team leads are working towards their KPIs to achieve daily, weekly and monthly productivity of the team
- Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve sales targets while also monitoring key metrics - number of outreaches, proposals sent and final conversion
- Plan approaches and pitches for schools
- Develop channel partners for expanding Uolo's footprint across India
