Job Description :

- Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business.

- Cross Selling, Outbound Sales and Reference Sales

- Short-term and Long term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies

- Target Setting and Achievement.

- Account Management

- Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities

- Team Management

- Candidates who are currently based out of Dubai are preferred.

Required Skills

- Minimum 5 years of proven outside/ direct sales experience with focus on consultative and solution-oriented sales approaches.

- Good understanding of IT industry highly desirable.

- Excellent in verbal and written English

- Working knowledge of CRM

- Willing to work in odd hour shift as per the sales alignment respective of geography assigned.

- Academic & Professional Qualifications: B.E (CS or IT) and/or MBA

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
