He/She needs to strategize avenues to make revenue for our existing products as well as suggest and implement newer product ideas. He/She is responsible for the operations of a company's sales force, development and implementation of annual sales, monitoring the performance of teams and sales goals, and meeting with other company managers to ensure that business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule. Responsibilities of the Candidate: - Strategize on maximizing revenue for the company from existing as well as new products and services - Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers - Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs - Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships - Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule - Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments - Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and status reports - Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services Soft Skills Required: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, quick thinker, self-starter, ability to formulate and adapt business alliance & partnership strategy Eligibility: - Candidates should hold a degree in B.Tech or related courses (MBA will be a plus) - Brownie points for the member of the placement team of the institution or MBA grads - Candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset will be given a higher preference
