The Opportunity Incubation Manager will work for the Scale portfolio at UnLtd India Your RESPONSIBILITIES will be to: - Work with the Incubation Director to set the strategy for non-financial support to UnLtd India's scale portfolio and will involve travel within the country up to 20% of the time - Provide high-quality coaching and advisory support to the UnLtd India senior entrepreneurs with focus on both organizational and leadership development - Support in the scouting and selection of the Social Entrepreneurs including financial and organizational diligence We are looking for you to have the following SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE: - At least six years work experience. Past experience of working with entrepreneurs and/or working with a consultancy and/or with a start-up is preferred. - Good understanding of the social entrepreneurship ecosystem.
