Position: Academic Program Manager

Critical accountabilities

Responsible for overall smooth delivery of academic programs

- Create and/or adapt content and/or activities according to the learners

- Conduct periodic check on content health, online research, generate original content for various websites, and write creative unique content for particular vertical.

- Source SMEs/ faculty and coordinate to understand and collect input.

- Assist SMEs in course delivery

- Liaise with partner universities, content providers, faculty, operations team to ensure academic course delivery adheres to timelines and quality standards.

- Work in a time-bound, deadline-driven environment while not compromising on quality.

Desired profile

- 5-10 years experience in teaching (heading a department) or course content development or academic operations profiles.

- Strong communication skills and an ability to work effectively with cross functional teams like content writers, faculty, operations team etc.

- Excellent knowledge in English to meet the editing and proof reading skills

- A desire to work outside restrictive JDs and an interest in growing along with the organization and making an impact are highly desired qualities.

- Should be passionate about educating on online education / distance learning programs.

- Experience in online/ distance education will be an added advantage
