Univariety - Manager - Client Relations (2-4 yrs)
Roles & responsibilities :
- Make an engagement calendar and event planning at the school
- Engage with school stake holders to educate them on alumni benefits
- Create reports for schools to keep them appraised about the activities on alumni platform
- Plan with the team to motivate schools to engage with alumni and plan events at the school
Knowledge & skills :
- Proven experience of around 2 to 4 Years as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work well with a team
