Assistant Manager, University Engagement
The primary focus of the role will be to implement student outreach strategies for partner Universities & strong delivery of SLAs.
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts & ensure a smooth customer service experience
- Take ownership of client issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Keep accurate records of and document customer service deliverables and discussions
- Execute campaigns & manage student leads for Client universities to deliver application targets
- Ensure delivery of promised services and outcome for University clients
- Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
- Achieve Renewal targets
- Build and sustain relationships with Partner representatives
Skills & Qualifications
- Min 3 years of Experience in a customer service/client-facing role
- Graduate/Post-grad in any domain
- Industry experience (Higher-Ed, Ed-tech) is a plus
- Strong execution skills with ability to adhere to timelines
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
GENERAL ATTRIBUTES & PERSONAL QUALITIES :
