- Foster positive relationships with assigned accounts as their primary point of contact.
- Ensuring internal processes around client engagement are upheld.
- Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met.
- Traveling to assigned account locations.
- Operate as a single point of contact for assigned clients.
- Help implement services and plan effectively.
- Managing client requests and coordinating internally to ensure clients service needs are met.
- Forecasting and tracking client account metrics; providing a periodic progress.
- Update to the client via in-person reviews.
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Retention + Renewals of our existing accounts.
Requirements/ Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-8 years of overall experience. 2-4 years of Account/ Project / Client Management Experience.
- Must enjoy high pressure/ deadline-based work environment.
- Project management experience
- Background in sales and customer service is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Sharp business acumen
- Problem-solving aptitude
