Legal Manager
Requirements:
a) Drafting, vetting and negotiation of the agreements and legal documents with other party.
b) Getting drafted agreements from law firms on business specific requirements.
c) Arrange meetings for getting inputs for drafting of the agreements as per the business requirements.
d) Coordination with internal business and other teams for closure of each clause of the agreement. Arrange internal meetings for closure of comments/changes from other party on the agreements.
e) Arranging meeting with the internal teams and external teams for closure of the points in the agreements from business, compliance, finance and legal point of view.
f) Coordination with law firms for getting the agreements vetted from the law firms. Arranging the negotiations between law firms and other party for closure of the agreement.
g) Taking approval on the clauses of the agreements from stakeholders which requires business approvals.
h) Building good relations with law firms and getting work done within TAT decided.
i) Ensure negotiation and closure of the agreement with each stakeholder internally and externally.
j) This would be Individual contributory role.
Experience:
- LLB/LLM with 4 to 10 years of experience in drafting, vetting and negotiations of the agreements and contract management may apply. The role demands lot of drafting of agreements and hence only those who possess agreement drafting skills may apply.
Location: Kalina, Santacruz, Mumbai
Candidates from law firm or corporate having relevant experience may apply. Those who can join immediately shall be given preference.
