The Analyst is a key member of the UC debt capital markets team, and this position presents an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of debt transactions for social enterprise clients, focusing on sectors like Financial Inclusion, Renewable Energy, Education, Agriculture, Healthcare and Women Empowerment, helping them obtain funding from a wide range of lenders, both domestic and international.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Work closely with senior team members in business transaction execution for debt assignments for social enterprise clients

- Analyze company financial statements, preparation of pitch book, create financial models, projections for client companies; preparing presentations/marketing materials for use in debt client coverage

- Participate in business and financial due diligence

- Prepare transaction documentation requested by lending institutions (Banks, NBFCs, MIVs, DFIs, etc.)

- Research and analyze industry, economic, market, and regulatory data as required to support debt coverage activities and transaction execution

- Liaison with clients and lenders to channelize information

- Handle various internal initiatives

Qualifications :

- Should be a MBA or a Charted Accountant.

- Preferably 2-3 years of relevant experience in debt-investment banking, debt syndication, securitization transactions,

- Filling of required Banks/lenders/NBFCs formats for the processing of loan proposals

- Should have good Understanding of the financial statements

- Should have good Business sense over the number

- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Ability to multi-task

- Strong desire to work hard

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Self-starter, with solid team skills

- Passion for making a change
