1 Job description

Key responsibilities of the Lead Consultant would be to:

- Drive the projects in the specific technology by mentoring the project teams

- Guide and advise the teams working on the projects in the specific technology

- Identify the technical issues with the team and look for solutions to tackle the issues

- Ensure all the deliverables are technically correct and consistent

- Develop a company-wide plan to enhance the team's expertise in the specific technology domain

- Document, develop and refine the scalable and repeatable process for all the Tasks worked upon

- Work on internal initiatives according to requirements specified

1.1 Requirements :
