Unitedlex is hiring CA professionals for the role of Manager - General Ledger :

Job location: Gurgaon

Skills required:

- CA is a mandatory pre-requisite

- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in finance with the services industry

- Experience in managing a team of 2+ employees

- Detail-oriented and strongly driven to meet deadlines

Should be comfortable working in 2- 11pm shift.

Principal Accountabilities / Key Responsibilities of the job:

- Supports month-end close processes including aiding in administering key systematic enabled processes surrounding payroll and prepaids

- Oversee processing specifics of US and International Payrolls including GL mappings considerations, Balance Sheet reconciliations, and respective systematic maintenance

- Manage, train, and develop team of professionals

- Responsible for timely and accurate completion and review of reconciliations as assigned

- Support key process enhancement initiatives including project management tracking, implementation oversight, and testing were applicable

- Provides support and assists with the coordination of the financial accounting and reporting activities across our Global Operations

- Assist in the design and implementation of corporate accounting policies and procedures

- Record and approve journal entries

- Review and explain the drivers behind key GL fluctuations

- Improve timeliness and accuracy of financial closing and reporting deliverables

- Obtain a deep understanding of ERP Systems and sub-modules and oversee execution of strategic technology enhancement initiatives

- Complete specific projects and ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned
