Job Description :

Mandatory :

- In-depth knowledge of at-least one programming language Microsoft stack and one database (SQL/Sybase/Oracle) is mandatory

- Should be proficient in System analysis and have hands on experience in Health Plan development and system analysis

- Advanced Knowledge in Data model, Architecture, Custom development, products

- Should have exposure experience across at least one of major modules for health care payer systems and implementation on one of the area e.g. Claims, Member, providers etc.

- Must have hands-on experience on any of the healthcare platforms- Trizetto Facets/QNXT/ In house Platforms

- Should be expert in providing solution for US health Care payer organization need and challenges

- More than 8-12 years of experience of working in US Healthcare Payer side

- Should have experienced in working for US Payer organization

- Should keep him/her regularly updated on latest happenings in US Healthcare

- Should have interest in understanding Healthcare, document and present his understanding on how IT can help in improving Healthcare

- Ability to handle end to end platform implementation starting right from platform assessment to platform selection and deployment

- Must be able to provide out of the box solutions by understanding the limitations of various healthcare platform

- Should have knowledge in important domain areas for Payers, Providers, Sponsors, Members, Eligibility, Clinical and PBM

- Should have worked on documentation and dissipation of Healthcare Knowledge

- Research on HealthCare and US payer products/ platform, build competency and create necessary documents and presentations for teams and leadership

Secondary :

- Ability to create presentations, business case, financial calculations

- Should have extensive experience on solution engineering, due diligence exercises for RFP, RFI and proactive pursuits

- Ability to provide solutions/high level flow of how a particular problem/challenge can be addressed

- Basic understanding of upcoming technical concepts like BigData/Distributed computing
