Functional Responsibilities:

- To design and deliver training programs specializing in Insurance Finance & Accounting Should design & deliver Insurance F&A specific content to employees on modules such as Procure to Pay, Order to cash and Record to Report Work with external training providers and facilitate the creation & delivery of the above content, where it can't be managed internally Keep track of industry updates, disseminate within the team.

- To update the content, as necessary Conduct Training Need Analysis for the team on timely basis and work with the Operating Leaders in strategizing and execute the training programs Focus on continuous upskilling of staff with specific emphasis on those who lag behind Work with the Operating Leaders in measuring the effectiveness of the training and addressing gaps, as identified Generate Training quality scores, publish and maintain reports pertaining to training Liaise with the various stakeholders in identifying and addressing pain areas through customized training sessions Should be able to conduct TTT programs and build strong internal trainers from within Perform other duties as assigned with regard to non-technical training needs, as well Education

Qualification :

- Strong subject knowledge (P2P or O2C and R2R) Excellent communication skills

- Good hold on MS office applications (mainly in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint) Strong Presentation skills. Open to work in shifts (2.30 PM - 12.00 AM)

Experience :

10 years of core F&A experience, of which 3+ years should have been in a training role Desired Industry Exposure : International F&A BPO or a captive shared service centre

Qualifications :

- External/Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge of training procedures, methods, and techniques Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong background in training delivery and design Product and Process Knowledge Willing to take initiatives and demonstrate complete accountability and ensure a timely closure on deliverables. Produces lucid and effective documentation - Is able to make accurate interpretations of complex material. Self-motivated and committed to work hard towards goals. Demonstrates clear planning skills.

- Translates business objectives into functional activities. Sets goals and processes and organizes resources to ensure that the desired results are met.
