- The Senior Legal Services Specialist is responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing customer & vendor contracts. This role will have a high level of interaction with external customers, vendors and internal clients to provide updates and answer questions around contracts and legal issues.

Additional responsibilities include :

- Continuous process improvement of contract templates

- Researching legal issues

- Developing a tracking mechanism for contract agreements

- Support Group's legal, compliance and corporate affairs in India

- Assist in legal work for all locations

- Advise and assist management on all judicial matters

- Ensure that company policies, procedures and protocols as well as strategic course are consistent with regulatory laws and regulations

- Prepare standard agreements for frequently repeated activities

- Follow up on new laws enacted to ensure Group is operating within legal framework

- Keep track of all statutory compliances impacting the company

- Review, draft and validate all commercial contracts

- Review, draft and validate all buy side contracts

- Review, draft and validate other documents having legal impact and exposure- Serve as the primary negotiator for business transactions that have reached the contract phase

Qualification :

- Undergraduate degree 5+ years of contract review, negotiation & drafting experience Strong verbal & written communication skills Intermediate level of proficiency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

- Strong customer service skills
