Job Description :

- As a Human Capital Consultant, this position is responsible for the design and execution of projects/programs across various Human Capital functional areas leveraging expertise in the area of Project/Program Management, Change Management, Organizational Design and Analytics

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible to project/program manage varied projects within the Human Capital Transformation Agenda as per defined roadmap.

- Drive to ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope/costs.

- Wok with multiple stakeholders

- Engage and present to the Leadership Teams/ Steering Committees on status of varied project/s.This role will be part of the HR Transformation team.

Qualification : Skills Required :

- 5-7 years of experience in HR Consulting running medium to large sized programs, direct client consulting experience preferred. Strong Competency in Change Management, Organization Design and HR Analytics.

- Graduate Degree from a reputed college, with a Post Graduate, MBA/ PGDBM / PM-IR.

- Experience in running small to medium sized programs with multiple stakeholders - Leads others toward accomplishment, collaborative project team efforts and achievement of important project goals.

- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple/conflicting priorities

- Strong history of quickly gaining credibility and partnering with business leaders

- Strong Analytical ability of mind and proven ability to work with data and extract strategic insights from large data sets.

- Experience of working in Highly Matrixed Environment.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Exposure to Technologies like People Soft, SAP etc.

- Strong Experience and expertise in working on Excel, PowerPoint and other tools to manage various data needs

- Excellent Project Management Skills
