Job Description/Job Responsibilities :

- As a Lead Analyst, Person will be responsible for development and analysis of critical business KPI, building executive and operational dashboards, and digging into one-off analysis projects. We expect the ideal person for this role will be well versed in business/data analytics and can apply project management and data analytics best practices, as well as people skills to understand the business and the underlying data.

Core Activities Include :

- Create KPIs for critical business elements and functions and build executive and operational dashboards with the help of Automation Skills, and Business Knowledge.

- Conduct analysis and build data-driven reports showing historical data, current state, other key business indicators.

- Coordinate with other internal and external departments with respect to data collation and timely delivery of reports.

- Assist in Transitioning, Training Sessions, including reporting and documenting issues, and conducting complex root cause analysis where ever required.

- Supports the goals of the department by performing adhoc duties as assigned by the director

- Designs and creates adhoc reports to meet client needs

- As an individual contributor, and as a team players, Assist other personnel on assignments

- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualification/Preferred Skills :

- Deep business acumen and financial knowledge to interpret and analyze business data

- Health care industry background will be added advantage

Desired Skills :

- Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching and reporting to internal and external customers.

- Good in VBA and Automation.

- Strong logical bent and reasoning ability.

- Good communications skills to interact with onshore team on conference calls

- Expertise in MS Office Word, Excel and

- Expert in preparing PowerPoint based presentation

Minimum Eligibility Criteria :

- 5 Year of Experience in WFM
