Job Description/Job Requirements :

- Ability to analyze and evaluate systems and requirements documents

- Communication with clients and technical resources to understand system specifications, technical designs, security and interfaces, system data, server hardware, network, storage and software components

- As a technical lead, work with business, application, and service delivery teams to determine decommissioning requirements for all network, server, storage and software components

- Ability to research and document technical design specifications and other system-related information

- Submission of requests and request tracking of components to be decommissioned

- Proven ability to bring resources together to troubleshoot and resolve issues

- Ability to manage multiple work requests daily.

- Coordinate multiple issues with downstream team members at any given time during the course of a business day.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with focus on accuracy and attention to details

- Escalates issues to leadership with solid judgement and in a timely manner

- Able to manage assignments and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Communication Skills :

- Fluent in oral and written English

- Strong business communication skills

- Strong ability to summarize for executive communications/Interpersonal Skills

- Demonstrate effective time management skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Advanced Excel Skills required - Pivot Tables, Filters, Macros, Sorting

- Solid Microsoft Outlook skills - Send, Receive, Folders

- Solid Microsoft Word skills - Create, Edit, Tables

- Solid Microsoft Internet Explorer skills - Addresses, Favorites, URLs, Search

- Preferred experience using SQL Reports

- Preferred knowledge of HP Service Manager and HP Portfolio Manager

- The candidate should have Infrastructure Technology knowledge including many of the following platforms:

- Presentation - IIS.Net, Apache, WebSphere I.H.S

- Application - .Net, JBoss, WebSphere Application Server

- Database - SQL (including mirroring), Oracle (including RAC), DB2 (including HADR), MySQL

The candidate should have Infrastructure Technology knowledge including many of the following supporting technologies :

- Storage - NAS, SAN

- Network - F5 load balancers, firewalls, SSL, VPN

- Authentication - AD, LDAP, SiteMinder

- OS - Windows, AIX, Linux, Solaris

- Virtualization - VMWare, LPAR

- ETL - SSIS, DataStage

- Misc - Citrix, SharePoint, MQ

Assets :

- Previous infrastructure technology experience such as server, network, security and data center infrastructure, for application, middleware, database and web environments

- Exposure to building and / or decommissioning infrastructure

- Exposure to multiple Project Management methodologies; Agile

- Project Management Experience

- Project Management Training

- Experience using SQL Reports

- Knowledge of HP Service Manager and HP Portfolio Manager

Experience : 5+ year of relevant work experience

Educational Background : Bachelor's Degree in management information systems or finance

Shift Timings :

- Overlap with 8 am to noon North American Central Time

- During knowledge transfer period (approx. 3 months), should be ready to work in the evening shift (5.30 PM to 3.00 AM IST shift)

Additional Requirement :

- Good to have Valid Passport

- Good to have US Visa
