Job Description :
- Worked with product team to ensure product market fit
- Should be able create brand awareness within digital space and drive campaigns to acquire/convert leads
- Be responsible for marketing spends on mobile channels for app download lead user acquisition.
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Track and optimize activity to increase downloads ROI from these channels.
- Monitoring and tracking app store rankings using the latest analytic tracking tools
- Should be comfortable to work in a high growth environment.
- Should have worked on some Mobile App Tracking tool like AppsFlyer, AdJust, HasOffers, Firebase etc
- Develop near and long-term PPC account strategies, roadmaps and execute day-to-day tactics that increase revenue, site traffic, conversion
- Sound technical knowledge of advanced Web/Mobile/digital marketing technologies trending today.
- Someone who is passionate and understands the dynamics of fast paced start up environment
- Having good professional network, creative mind, fresh thought process is a plus point
- Should possess good knowledge of digital marketing
- Google Tag Manager
Requirements :
- Understanding of challenges pertaining to general wellness and mental health
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing
- Excellent understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience with B2C Social Media, Google Adwords and email marketing/campaigns.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
- Skills and experience in creative content writing.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- B.Tech/MBA/M.Sc Mathematics/Statistics from tier 1 institutes
