Job Scope/ Objective:
- Plan, direct and monitor all trainings to workmen/staff during implementation of various infrastructure up gradation projects, new standard operating procedures and ensure its sustainability.
Main Priorities of the Role Holder:
- To conduct specified training related to new projects & standards
- To analyze SOPs, identify problems and recommend solutions that will improve performance
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of supervisors who will work on continuous
