United IT Technical Services - Bench Sales Recruiter (3-8 yrs)
Job description :
- Experienced with End to End cycle of sales from submitting Profiles
- Experience in Bench sales
- Rate Negotiations and Follow Up.
- Regular interaction with bench candidates and identifying their needs and getting them to projects accordingly.
- Experience with full cycle of Sales, sourcing the best requirement, submitting the consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
- Responsible for searching for requirements (using various internet sources and referral techniques), screening and presenting viable candidates based on detailed job descriptions that were received.
- Make calls to the preferred vendors to find out whether they are working on any contract positions suitable for our technical consultants.
- Looking for someone who is aggressive, Team Player and well aware of the technologies in the market.
Required Candidate profile :
- Must have a Huge database of the vendors and the Prime Vendors and Should have strong relations with the Prime vendors
- Should have good experience working with Tier-1 Vendors.
