Role Description:
- Work experience in managing Unsecured loans /Business Loans / Auto Loans / LAS business in digital/telebinding process.
- Indepth knowledge of KPIs of Digital sales like Lead conversion, Field force Collaboration, Outbound Sales, ATT and agent productivity & data analysis.
- Drive the team for Sales of banking products.
- Manage the outbound contact center at the client's location in terms of recruitment & selection of candidates, product & script training, campaign & productivity management and team incentives/R&R activities.
- Drive the team to achieve the specified targets on volume and cross sell of products such as Unsecured loans, Auto Loans, Business Loans, Loan against Property, Home Loans etc. with the primary objective of deepening engagement with the existing portfolio of Merchants.
- Facilitate the onboarding process of newly acquired Merchants by providing them the necessary handholding and support, to motivate them to activate their POS machines within the first 7 days of terminal installation.
- Monitor the existing portfolio of merchants to track growth/drop, both in number of transactions as well as volume and plan differentiated campaigns for active/inactive Merchants to understand and service their requirements.
- Review the portfolio on a periodic basis to analyze profitability metrics, thereby identifying Merchants with whom business can be further nurtured, while weeding out unviable/inactive ones. At the same time, aid formulation of appropriate retention strategies to minimize attrition.
