Managing Multiple Accounts
Lead a team - 8- 10 People
Manage revenue targets for self and team
Desired Profile
- Preparing Hiring Strategy and Plan based on the manpower requirement.
- Responsible for handling whole recruitment cycle for a Multiple Projects.
- Distribute workload ensuring balance of activities between team members; carried out planning activities regarding recruitment strategies and service enhancements.
- Ensuring closure of requisitions within the agreed TATs
- Understanding various client requirements - job specifications for respective job openings..
- Scheduling interviews & screening profiles and short listing the right profile.
- Coordinating interviews.
- Industry mapping.
- Responsible for fulfilling given targets under the deadlines, and assisting the other team members.
- Conducting research to assist the team to develop a thorough understanding of the client's organization
- Should be well versed with different methods of sourcing like referencing, headhunting, portal, mapping etc. .
- Responsible for P& L Budget.
- Strong Leadership and excellent Communication skills
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- The incumbent should have prior domain knowledge in Pharma & Healthcare space with strong recruitment exposure for at least last 2 years.
