Job Role - Unit Manager - Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A function) We are hiring for a BFSI client for Bangalore location. Location - Bangalore - Must have worked for 3 yrs. to 7 yrs. in Financial Planning & Analysis for a Finance team of corporate office in an Indian a Bank OR Insurance (Life or Non-Life) OR Finance/Micro Finance company - Salary Range - Budget for this position will be based on the current CTC & market standards but not exceeding 12 LPA Education : - Must be a full-time graduate in commerce (B. Com/BBA) - MBA(Finance) with some relevant experience is preferred Key Responsibilities - Financial Analysis : To assist in analyzing the financial performance of a unit product or customers or manpower of the unit every month or additionally as the need arises and provide analytical and recommendatory reports - Financial Budgeting/Forecasting : To prepare periodic budgets of the unit (quarterly and annually), by analyzing past trends under guidance of the supervisor - Financial Planning : To assist in prepare the financial planning of the unit for a three-year period by coordinating with the sales team to understand the future market and technological trend - Management reporting : Board deck, monthly review meetings, investor presentation, product P&L - Adhoc CFO projects : To work on CFO projects
