Unit Head - Outbound Process - Bank Call Center (7-15 yrs)
This is regarding opening with a leading Pvt Bank Call center as a Unit Head - Outbound
Experience: 8+ 10 years in Outbound process servicing of financial products in Banking
NOTE: Looking for candidates from Banking Only
- Managing a team of officers and team leaders handling outbound calls for banking retail liabilities products
- Responsible for Recruitment and People retention
- Responsible for Portfolio management , Sales and campaign Objectives.
- Core delivery on Sales, Portfolio Management & Campaign objectives
- Identifying suitable vendor for Contact Center and execution of onboarding process; comprising
- Commercials and Agreement, IT & Tele setup, Hiring, Training, Defining SLA, Quality Desk, etc
- Managing the Life cycle of Priority Customers and cross-selling.
- Managing customer escalation
- Liasioning with different team line Business and Product business impact factors an solving the issues.
- An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving & organizational abilities. Possess a flexible & detail-oriented attitude.
