Unit Head - Operations - FMCG

Degree Engineer - Preferably Mechanical- with minimum 18 years experience out of which minimum 5 years in leadership role. Preferably from FMCG industry.

Job Description:

a) Manage and direct unit operations - particularly manufacturing operations and supply chain management, to meet budget and other financial goals.

b) Ensure timely delivery of quality product as per guidelines/ specs at optimal cost

c) Develop, establish and direct the execution of operating policies to support overall company objectives.

d) Lead the performance management processes which evaluates progress against set targets.

e) Oversee all administrative functions of operations team to ensure well co-ordinated and smooth operations.

f) Oversee risk management and HSE functions

g) Manage and oversee business planning activities, including: Implement business policies, Support the human resource function, including recruitment, hiring and performance evaluation

h) Ensure Professional training, skill improvement and development of new and existing employee
