Unit Head - Alco Bev giant in Goa (Females only)

Looking for a unit head for leading Alco bev giant in Goa

To be independently in-charge of production from a unit (in terms of quality and quantity).

CTC: 40lpa

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Responsible for production as per agreed targets for quantity and quality.

- Liaisons with statutory bodies for appropriate statutory compliance.

- Build effective relationship with the associates.

- Overall responsibility for recommending and implementing capex proposals and negotiating best rates for scrap disposal.

- Co-ordinate with the other functions

- Generate regular MIS reports for informed decision making.

- Develop SOPs for maintain organization standards & implement SOPs designed by the organization without fail Ti interact with Bottling Partner and Govt. Agencies

PROFILE DETAILS

QUALIFICATION - Full time BE / B. Tech.

EXPEREINCE - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with a comparable industrial enterprise

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

- Well versed with Excel and Power point.

- Hands on with Manufacturing Operations

- Strong knowledge about TQM Systems.

- Familiarity with the laws pertaining to factory/ labour/ excise

- ERP Skills
