Unit Head: HR - Unit Head HR required to manage a 250 - 300 bed hospital run by a diversified conglomerate in Kolkata. - The ideal candidate would be in the age group of 35 - 40 years preferably from a non hospital/ medical background. - Preference would be given to female applicants. - The incumbent as Head HR will have to lead the entire gamut of HR function including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, On-boarding / Induction, Performance Management, Talent & Leadership Development, HR Operations. - The role involves multi stakeholder management in a matrix framework and lead a team of HR professionals. - Relevant work ex in the range of 10 -15 years. - The incumbent would report into the business head responsible for running the hospital with functional reporting to the Group Head HR.
