Unit Head - Business Intelligence - BFSI (12-15 yrs)

Education and experience:

- Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or similar

- 12-15 years of total experience

- Work experience in the relevant industry with a leadership role (4+ yrs)

- Candidate should possess minimum of 3 years of experience in the Mortgage industry

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in analytics tools such as SAS/R/SQL. R/Python is good to have.

- SQL Server skills including SQL objects development, performance tuning, data analysis, and integration (good to have)

- Knowledge in investment Analytic tools: FactSet, Bloomberg, etc. is a plus

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team

- Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Numerate, analytical, high attention to detail, able to prioritize the ability to combine strong analytical skills with business knowledge

- Abreast about latest trends in analytics

- Good Financial knowledge & accounting understanding

Job Description:

- Build strong analytics-driven strategies to ensure support for acquisition across products. Analyzing customer journeys and recommending data-driven process changes.

- Undertake and drive data-backed analytics to understand customer behavior, build capabilities towards enhancing acquisition process

- Support internal stakeholders and provide key insights and build solutions derived from in-depth analysis.

- Understand the AOP and break down the AOP into specific horizontal capabilities to be built leveraging business intelligence and analytics.

- Develop and manage BI solutions.
